For a client who’s career takes them around the world, amenities are a top priority. As a home base in Las Vegas and spending a majority of time on the strip, it’s nice to watch those glittering lights from a distance while you relax or entertain guests.

Rising above the rest, this two tower luxury condo development located 20 minutes west of the Strip allow for 270 degree views of the valley while providing all of the amenities you would find at a top resort. With 270 degree views that means the units perimeter is surrounded by a large amount of glass. Extensive shade, HVAC and media control is automated and available throughout the home on Crestron TPMC-8L touch panels located in the kitchen and master bedroom and handheld remotes from RTI interface with Crestron to provide easy handheld response.

The living room is home to a five display video wall that was retrofit into an existing cabinet. Custom doors were made to conceal the TV’s and the backside of the doors were routered out to the shape of the TV’s so the revealing edge is only a 1/4” thick. This gives a highly finished look on the reveal where the TV’s face meet the cabinet as you can see in the photos.

All displays in the media wall are fed from a Crestron video matrix with a choice of 5 DirecTV feeds, 2 Kaleidescape players, AppleTV, 5 XBOX360 and a Sony PS3.  When it comes down to playing games with friends, the main TV’s source naturally gets the surround sound while the flanking TV’s get local sound for filler. All sources are also available on a 110” screen in the dedicated theater for the ultimate one on one with friends. For the less fortunate who have to wait their turn to play, they have a breathtaking view of those shimmering lights from he 16th floor to keep them entertained.
