Our company gets called frequently by people who have had other dealers start projects, but not successfully completed them, or have lost interest in servicing them all together. Unfortunately, at that point, once dealers have come in and done a poor job, it’s very difficult and expensive to make it right. People invest thousands of dollars into multiple systems from multiple companies, leaving no one to take responsibility when problems develop. At this point it’s too late. Let IMG keep you from making the same mistake by having us design and integrate your systems from the very beginning.

Unlike many other companies, Ideabox gives you a copy of all the necessary information regarding your system to keep for your own records. We believe that you have a right to this documentation because it’s your system. We are so confident in our solutions that we don’t feel a need to hold you hostage by keeping information about your own system from you (like so many other companies). This way, if for some reason you decide to have your system serviced by someone else you will have everything you need. Also, if you ever decide to sell, the transition will go more smoothly if the new hands are as well informed about the system as you are.

Should you need service at any time, call our 24/7 service hotline: (702) 463-4061. Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a technician to take care of your service issue. For non-emergency service and questions, you can always email us at service@ideabox.co. Ideabox Media Group warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation*. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by IMG is also not covered by warranty. Extended warranties and service contracts are also available.
* The final installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
